Refund policy

If an item you receive is defective, you can ask for a replacement or a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item is defective and does not work as described.
• The item has not been used (apart from checking it) and is returned in its original box with all accessories.

How to request a replacement or refund

Contact us on WhatsApp at 0345-7792869 or email aljannatstore83@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo or video of the item. We will guide you through the next steps.

After we receive the item

We check the returned item. If it meets the conditions above, we send you a replacement, or refund the amount you paid for the item if a replacement is not available.
